AI Security Vice President

Job Summary

Leading the charge in AI security, the full-time salaried AI Security Vice President will develop and oversee security strategies, engineering, and operations while building a new AI security function and ensuring a robust trust posture for future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage the AI security function, including internal AI gateway and agent identity models
• Lead security engineering efforts across AppSec, SecOps, and CloudSec while driving the security roadmap
• Oversee operations security and enterprise trust initiatives, ensuring compliance and enhancing customer security reviews

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in security with 5+ years in leadership roles, preferably during hypergrowth phases
• Strong technical expertise in AI security, cloud-native security, and modern security tooling
• Experience building new security functions from the ground up
• Proven ability to engage with executive teams and manage corporate IT security
• Genuine interest and knowledge in AI security challenges and solutions
