AI Security Vice President
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time salaried AI Security Vice President, this role will manage the end-to-end security strategy and operations at Engine, focusing on establishing AI security capabilities while maintaining existing security functions, and will report directly to the SVP of Engineering and AI.
Key responsibilities
- Establish the AI security function, including internal AI gateway and agent identity management
- Lead security engineering efforts across AppSec, SecOps, and CloudSec, driving the existing roadmap
- Oversee enterprise trust initiatives and security compliance for fundraising and customer engagements
Required qualifications
- 12+ years in security, with 5+ years leading security organizations through hypergrowth
- Strong technical expertise in AI security, cloud-native security, and modern AppSec tooling
- Experience building new security functions from the ground up
- Proficiency in managing corporate IT aspects related to security
- Executive presence for engaging with boards and enterprise customers
