AI Security Vice President

Job Summary

Leading the charge in AI security, the full-time salaried AI Security Vice President will establish a comprehensive security function, focusing on building internal AI gateways and enhancing security operations while collaborating closely with senior engineering leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the AI security function, including internal AI gateways and agent identity models
• Oversee security engineering efforts, ensuring secure design and operational integrity across various security domains
• Manage enterprise trust initiatives and security compliance, facilitating customer security reviews and supporting fundraising efforts

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in security with at least 5 years in leadership roles, preferably in high-growth environments
• Strong technical expertise in cloud-native security, particularly with AWS identity and modern AppSec tooling
• Proven experience in building new security functions from the ground up
• Demonstrated ability to engage with executive teams and manage enterprise security reviews
• Genuine conviction and understanding of AI security challenges and solutions
