AI Security Vice President

Job Summary

To lead the security strategy and operations in an AI-native environment, the full-time salaried AI Security Vice President will build and manage the AI security function, oversee security engineering, and ensure enterprise trust while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead the AI security function, including the internal AI gateway and agent identity model
• Direct security engineering efforts across AppSec, SecOps, and CloudSec, driving a secure-by-design roadmap
• Manage enterprise trust initiatives and security compliance for fundraising and customer engagements

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in security with 5+ years in leadership roles, preferably in high-growth environments
• Strong technical expertise in AI security, cloud-native security, and security engineering practices
• Proven experience in building new security functions from the ground up
• Executive presence with the ability to engage with boards and enterprise customers effectively
• Familiarity with corporate IT management, including identity platforms and SaaS governance
