AI Security Vice President
Job Summary
Leading the charge in AI security, the full-time salaried AI Security Vice President will establish and oversee security strategies, engineering, and operations, while ensuring the organization's readiness for future challenges in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement an internal AI security function, including controlled egress and agent identity management
- Lead security engineering teams in AppSec, SecOps, and CloudSec, driving a secure-by-design roadmap
- Manage enterprise trust initiatives and security compliance for customer reviews and fundraising diligence
Required qualifications
- 12+ years in security with 5+ years in leadership roles, preferably during periods of hypergrowth
- Strong technical expertise in AI security, cloud-native security, and modern AppSec tooling
- Experience building new security functions from the ground up
- Ability to engage with executive leadership and enterprise customers effectively
- Familiarity with corporate IT management, including identity platforms and SaaS governance
