AI Security Vice President
Job Summary
Leading the charge in AI security, the full-time salaried AI Security Vice President will develop and implement security strategies, oversee engineering and operations, and enhance trust posture in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and manage the AI security function, including internal AI gateway and agent identity models
- Lead security engineering efforts across AppSec, SecOps, and CloudSec while driving the security roadmap
- Oversee enterprise trust initiatives and security compliance for fundraising diligence and customer reviews
Required qualifications
- 12+ years in security with 5+ years in leadership roles, preferably during hypergrowth phases
- Strong technical expertise in AI security, cloud-native security, and security engineering
- Experience building new security functions from the ground up
- Executive presence with the ability to engage with boards and enterprise customers
- Comfortable managing corporate IT responsibilities as part of the security mission
