AI Security Vice President

Job Summary

To lead the security strategy in an AI-native environment, the full-time salaried AI Security Vice President will establish and oversee AI security functions, manage security engineering teams, and ensure enterprise trust while collaborating closely with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement the AI security function, including internal AI gateway and agent identity management
• Lead security engineering initiatives across AppSec, SecOps, and CloudSec while driving a secure roadmap
• Manage enterprise trust and readiness for funding diligence, ensuring compliance with SOC 2 and PCI standards

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of security experience with 5+ years in leadership roles, preferably during hypergrowth phases
• Strong technical expertise in AI security, cloud-native security, and security engineering practices
• Proven ability to build new security functions from the ground up
• Experience with corporate IT management, including identity platforms and SaaS governance
• Executive presence with the ability to engage with boards and enterprise clients on security matters
