AI Security Vice President

Job Summary

To define and lead AI security initiatives, the full-time salaried AI Security Vice President will establish a comprehensive security strategy, manage security engineering operations, and oversee corporate IT functions in a dynamic, AI-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the AI security function, including internal AI gateways and agent identity management
• Lead security engineering teams in AppSec, SecOps, and CloudSec, driving secure design and automated response initiatives
• Manage enterprise trust and security compliance for fundraising and customer engagements, ensuring robust security narratives and controls

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in security, with at least 5 years in leadership roles during hypergrowth phases
• Strong technical expertise in cloud-native security, including AWS identity and modern AppSec tools
• Proven track record of building new security functions from the ground up
• Experience with AI security challenges, including prompt injection and data exfiltration
• Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with boards and enterprise customers
