AI Security Vice President

Job Summary

To lead AI security initiatives, the full-time salaried AI Security Vice President will establish a comprehensive security function, oversee security engineering and operations, and enhance enterprise trust while collaborating with senior leadership in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the AI security function, including internal AI gateway and agent identity management
• Lead security engineering efforts across AppSec, SecOps, and CloudSec, driving a secure-by-design roadmap
• Manage enterprise trust initiatives, including customer security reviews and compliance with SOC 2 and PCI standards

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in security, with 5+ years in leadership roles during periods of hypergrowth
• Strong technical expertise in AI security, cloud-native security, and modern AppSec tooling
• Proven experience building new security functions from the ground up
• Executive presence with the ability to engage with boards and enterprise customers effectively
• Comfortable managing corporate IT aspects related to security, including identity platforms and SaaS governance
