AI Security Vice President

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time VP of Security, the successful candidate will own the end-to-end security strategy, engineering, and operations, focusing on building AI security capabilities while maintaining robust security fundamentals in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the AI security function, including the internal AI gateway and agent identity management
• Oversee security engineering efforts, driving secure design, automated responses, and identity management across platforms
• Manage enterprise trust initiatives, ensuring security compliance and facilitating enterprise customer security reviews

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in security with at least 5 years in leadership roles, preferably in high-growth environments
• Strong technical expertise in AI security, cloud-native security, and security engineering practices
• Experience building new security functions from the ground up, rather than just maintaining existing ones
• Proficiency in managing corporate IT functions related to security, including identity platforms and SaaS governance
• Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with boards and enterprise customers
