AI Security Vice President

Job Summary

To lead the security strategy at Engine, the full-time salaried AI Security Vice President will establish and manage AI security functions, oversee security engineering and operations, and ensure enterprise trust while addressing emerging security challenges in an AI-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI security capabilities, including internal AI gateways and agent identity management
• Lead security engineering efforts across AppSec, SecOps, and CloudSec, driving a secure-by-design roadmap
• Manage enterprise trust initiatives, including security diligence for fundraising and customer security reviews

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in security, with at least 5 years in leadership roles during hypergrowth phases
• Strong technical expertise in AI security, cloud-native security, and security engineering
• Proven ability to build new security functions from the ground up
• Experience with corporate IT governance, including identity management and SaaS administration
• Excellent executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with leadership and enterprise clients
