AI Security Vice President

Job Summary

To lead the security strategy for an AI-native platform, the full-time salaried AI Security Vice President will manage AI security functions, security engineering, and corporate IT while ensuring compliance and trust for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage the AI security function, including the internal AI gateway and agent identity model
• Lead security engineering efforts across AppSec, SecOps, and CloudSec, driving a secure-by-design roadmap
• Oversee enterprise trust initiatives and ensure compliance with SOC 2 and PCI standards while enhancing customer security reviews

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in security with 5+ years in leadership roles, preferably in high-growth environments
• Deep technical expertise in AI security, cloud-native security, and modern security tooling
• Experience building new security functions from the ground up
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with boards and enterprise customers
• Familiarity with corporate IT management, including identity platforms and SaaS governance
