Job Summary
To redefine security in an AI-native environment, the full-time salaried AI Security Vice President will lead the establishment of AI security functions, oversee security engineering, and enhance operational security while ensuring enterprise trust and compliance readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage the AI security function, including internal AI gateway and agent identity models
- Lead security engineering teams in AppSec, SecOps, and CloudSec while driving a secure-by-design roadmap
- Oversee enterprise security narratives and compliance efforts, ensuring readiness for fundraising and customer security reviews
Required qualifications
- 12+ years in security with 5+ years in leadership roles, preferably through hypergrowth phases
- Deep technical expertise in AI security, cloud-native security, and modern AppSec tooling
- Experience in building new security functions from the ground up
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage with boards and enterprise customers
- Familiarity with corporate IT management, including identity platforms and SaaS governance
