AI Security Vice President

Job Summary

To lead the development of AI security initiatives, the full-time salaried AI Security Vice President will establish a comprehensive AI security function, oversee security engineering and operations, and ensure enterprise trust while collaborating with senior leadership in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage the AI security function, including internal AI gateways and consumer-facing AI surfaces
• Lead security engineering efforts, focusing on application security, security architecture, and cloud security operations
• Oversee corporate IT security, ensuring identity management and endpoint security align with overall security objectives

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in security, with at least 5 years in leadership roles during periods of hypergrowth
• Strong technical expertise in AI security, cloud-native security, and modern application security tooling
• Proven track record of building new security functions from the ground up
• Experience managing corporate IT security, including identity platforms and SaaS governance
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with boards and enterprise customers
