AI Security Vice President

Job Summary

To redefine security in an AI-native environment, the full-time salaried AI Security Vice President will lead the development of AI security functions, oversee security engineering and operations, and manage corporate IT, while ensuring enterprise trust and readiness for future funding.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead the AI security function, including internal AI gateway and agent identity management
• Oversee security engineering teams, driving secure design practices and automated response playbooks
• Manage corporate IT functions, ensuring secure identity and endpoint management across the organization

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in security, with 5+ years in leadership roles during periods of hypergrowth
• Strong technical knowledge of AI security, cloud-native security, and modern AppSec tooling
• Proven ability to build new security functions from the ground up
• Experience managing corporate IT as part of the security mission
• Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with boards and enterprise customers
