AI Security Vice President

Job Summary

To lead the security strategy in an AI-native environment, the full-time salaried AI Security Vice President will establish and enhance security functions, manage security engineering teams, and ensure enterprise trust while operating in a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an AI security function, including internal AI gateway and agent identity management
• Oversee security engineering efforts across AppSec, SecOps, and CloudSec, driving secure design and response initiatives
• Manage enterprise trust and compliance efforts, including security reviews and technical controls for SOC 2 and PCI

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in security, with 5+ years in leadership roles during periods of hypergrowth
• Strong technical background in cloud-native security, including AWS identity and modern AppSec tooling
• Proven experience building new security functions from the ground up
• Ability to engage with executive leadership and manage enterprise customer security reviews
• Current knowledge and conviction about AI security challenges and solutions
