AI Security VP

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time VP of Security, this role will manage end-to-end security strategy and operations, focusing on building AI security capabilities while maintaining established security functions in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead the AI security function, including internal AI gateway and agent identity management
• Oversee security engineering teams, driving initiatives in AppSec, SecOps, and CloudSec
• Manage enterprise trust and readiness for funding, ensuring compliance and security narratives are robust for customer reviews

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in security with 5+ years leading security organizations through hypergrowth
• Strong technical credibility in AI security, cloud-native security, and security engineering
• Experience building new security functions from the ground up
• Proficiency in managing corporate IT, including identity platforms and SaaS governance
• Executive presence with the ability to engage with boards and enterprise customers effectively
