Job Summary
To support an AI Workflow Automation Project, the full-time AI Skills and Agents Lead will design, build, and scale AI-powered skills and workflows, collaborating with Global Communications to enhance operational efficiency and data insights, with the option for remote work or a hybrid schedule in Seattle.
Key responsibilities
- Build and develop AI skills, agents, and workflows to automate communications processes
- Map current-state processes to identify improvement opportunities and establish success measures
- Enable adoption of AI solutions through documentation, training, and promoting responsible AI practices
Required qualifications
- Experience in designing or implementing AI-enabled workflows or automations in a business context
- Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and their practical applications
- Ability to translate business needs into technical or semi-technical solutions
- Experience with data analysis, measurement, and workflow improvement
- Sound judgment and a bias toward experimentation with risk management
