AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing AI-powered platform, the full-time AI Software Engineer will own core platform systems, shape technical direction, and build decision systems, data infrastructure, and client-facing visibility while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement decision systems that determine customer outreach strategies
• Develop and maintain data infrastructure to ensure data is trustworthy and actionable
• Create client-facing dashboards and reporting tools for campaign visibility and tracking

Required qualifications

• Experience building scalable decision-making systems such as ad targeting or recommendation engines
• Proficiency in designing data models that balance complexity and maintainability
• Demonstrated ability to migrate production systems safely and incrementally
• Strong written communication skills for creating clear design documentation
• Familiarity with backend technologies including Python and PostgreSQL
