AI Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of intelligent applications, the full-time remote AI Software Engineer will define and scale backend platforms and AI systems, leading complex technical initiatives and providing architectural leadership across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Set technical direction for backend and AI platform capabilities, defining architecture and approaches for scalable systems
- Lead high-impact AI and platform initiatives, coordinating complex projects from concept through production
- Design and build agentic systems, including routing, orchestration, and communication capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on generative AI or agentic systems
- Proven track record leading complex AI or platform initiatives from concept through production
- Extensive hands-on experience with agentic systems and backend engineering, including Python and distributed systems
- Experience with modern AI frameworks and developing evaluation strategies for AI systems
- Familiarity with SQL and experience deploying production systems in containerized environments like Kubernetes
