AI Software Engineer
Job Summary
To empower farmers, ranchers, and small-business owners, the full-time AI Software Engineer will develop intelligent systems utilizing LLMs and generative AI to streamline financial workflows, improve internal tooling, and enhance user experience in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop intelligent systems and tools that leverage LLMs and generative AI to optimize bookkeeping and financial workflows
- Teach best practices in ML system design, evaluation, and scalable AI infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities that alleviate user pain points
Required qualifications
- Experience building and deploying ML/AI-driven features in production
- Familiarity with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and vector search
- Ability to work with unstructured datasets and apply language models effectively
- Experience with TypeScript and AI tooling is a plus
- Background in finance, document processing, or communications tooling is advantageous
