AI Solution Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time AI Solution Analyst will work remotely to maximize the value of enterprise AI platforms by identifying workflow opportunities, prototyping solutions, and driving AI enablement initiatives across the consulting organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for enterprise AI platforms, guiding teams on optimal selection and use cases
- Partner with consulting teams to discover and prioritize AI and automation opportunities across workflows
- Lead AI enablement initiatives, including workshops and training, while establishing quality frameworks for AI output
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, technology consulting, or AI enablement
- Strong hands-on experience with generative AI platforms such as Claude and Gemini
- Proven ability to analyze business processes and translate them into structured AI use cases
- Experience evaluating AI output quality and designing test scenarios for risk identification
