Job Summary
To support innovative AI solutions, the full-time AI Solution Architect will design and implement AI systems using Microsoft technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business use cases into technical architectures while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Translate product requirements and business use cases into technical AI solution designs
- Design AI agents and workflows, ensuring safe interaction with Dynamics 365 and enterprise data
- Create technical documentation and reusable AI patterns for Business Central, Customer Engagement, and Finance & Operations
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in solution architecture, software development, or related technical roles
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, agent-driven solutions, and Microsoft AI technologies
- Proficiency in C# and/or Python, REST APIs, and cloud services
- Experience integrating enterprise applications and data through APIs
- Ability to clearly explain technical designs to various stakeholders
