AI Solution Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time AI Solution Consultant who will design, build, and deploy AI-native solutions, including agents and assistants, while working remotely within a flexible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop production-ready AI models, agents, and reusable skills that address real-world problems
• Rapidly turn ideas into MVPs and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure reliable, production-ready systems
• Implement rigorous evaluation processes to define and measure the quality and effectiveness of AI solutions

Required qualifications

• Expertise in multi-agent AI solutions with a proven track record of deploying real AI applications
• Hands-on experience with modern agent frameworks and developer tools, including SDKs from top providers
• Strong evaluation discipline, including building test sets and defining metrics for quality and safety
• Proficiency in Python and experience integrating APIs and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with containerization
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
