AI Solution Strategist

Job Summary

Operating remotely, the full-time AI Solution Strategist will manage the intersection of AI product strategy, pre-sales, and customer success, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to define and launch conversational AI agents while supporting customer initiatives and project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to customers, driving the evolution and adoption of AI initiatives
• Convert business requirements into high-performing AI agents and lead multiple concurrent projects
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Experience with conversational design principles and customer experience strategy
• Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and product management workflows
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects in demanding environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical details
