AI Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Partnering with clients to identify AI-driven improvements, the full-time AI Solutions Architect will build and optimize solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, facilitating discussions to clarify and articulate their needs
- Design and develop solutions in Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrating necessary tools and APIs
- Support ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of deployed solutions while documenting processes for user adoption
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Hands-on experience or strong aptitude with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio
- Familiarity with modern AI tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot and Claude, including prompt engineering
- Strong critical thinking and structured reasoning skills to navigate ambiguous problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
