AI Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Lead AI Solutions Architect, this role focuses on building, optimizing, and improving AI-powered customer experiences through the development of Virtual Agents and NLU models, while working remotely with cross-functional teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop prompts for Agentic Virtual Agents to enhance task completion and customer experience
- Analyze production conversation logs to identify and rectify misclassifications and optimize NLU performance
- Create and curate high-quality training data and scalable intent taxonomies for effective conversational AI designs
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
- 3 to 5 years of experience with conversational AI, generative AI, NLU, or NLP technologies
- Proficiency in Python and Node.js for data preparation and model tuning
- Experience with Genesys Cloud or other CCaaS platforms
- Hands-on experience developing and optimizing NLU models and conversational experiences
