AI Solutions Architect
Job Summary
To support enterprise customers, the contract AI Solutions Architect will design, develop, and maintain conversational AI, digital bot, IVR, and Agentic AI solutions while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer workshops to design scalable digital bot, IVR, routing, and Agentic AI solutions
- Develop bot flows, integrations, webhooks, and AI-driven workflows, ensuring effective technical delivery and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to present solutions and provide technical thought leadership
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Digital CCaaS, routing, bots, IVR, and software development
- Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud/Architect and digital or voice bot solutions
- 6+ years of experience with conversational AI platforms such as Google Dialogflow and/or Amazon Lex
- Experience with Generative AI, including LLMs and workflow orchestration
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred
