Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Principal AI Solutions Architect for Customer Success, this role will lead AI-powered customer experience transformations by partnering with executive stakeholders to define enterprise AI strategies and architect scalable solutions, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive stakeholders to identify and develop strategic AI transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Design and implement enterprise-scale AI solutions, ensuring alignment with security, privacy, and regulatory standards
- Lead the execution of AI initiatives from concept to production, guiding customers through the adoption of scalable AI solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in leading enterprise technology, customer experience, or AI transformation initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI or cloud transformation programs
- Proven success in engaging with Fortune 1000 organizations and influencing executive decision-making
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
