Job Summary
Leading the technical delivery of engagements for top-tier health and life sciences accounts, the full-time AI Solutions Delivery Lead will work remotely to translate client needs into executable AI solutions, manage delivery plans, and ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery from discovery through implementation and launch, ensuring alignment with client needs
- Translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical specifications and measurable outcomes
- Build and ship working solutions, including prototypes and production code, while managing dependencies across teams
Required qualifications
- Experience leading delivery for complex projects with a focus on achieving production outcomes
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to integrate technical and operational decisions
- Proficient client management skills across various stakeholder groups
- Experience with frontier AI tools and practical application in real-world delivery
- An advanced degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, economics, or a relevant discipline
