Job Summary
Leading the technical delivery of AI solutions for a top-tier health and life sciences account, the full-time AI Solutions Delivery Lead will work remotely to translate client needs into executable plans, build integrated solutions, and ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery from discovery through implementation and handoff, ensuring alignment with client needs
- Translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical specifications, delivery milestones, and system designs
- Build and ship working solutions, including prototypes and production code, while managing dependencies across teams
Required qualifications
- Experience leading delivery for complex client or internal stakeholder groups with a focus on achieving production outcomes
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to identify necessary changes for effective solutions
- Proven client management skills across various stakeholders including business, analytics, and IT
- Advanced degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, economics, or a related field
- Experience with frontier AI tools and their application in real-world delivery contexts
