AI Solutions Developer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Solutions Developer will build AI applications for clients, manage project timelines, and train client teams while utilizing coding agents to enhance software development processes.
Key responsibilities
- Leading client conversations to understand business problems and translating them into software solutions
- Building and maintaining AI applications, ensuring they are tested and deployed effectively
- Training client teams on the applications developed and identifying further problems worth solving
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of software development experience, including application maintenance post-launch
- Experience building web applications with React and TypeScript, including API integration
- Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex
- Solid programming fundamentals, including familiarity with Git and debugging applications
- An understanding of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric concepts, with hands-on experience preferred but not required
