AI Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of AI solutions for external customers in the Cannabis/CPG industry, the full-time remote AI Solutions Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with various customer systems while collaborating closely with clients to understand their workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct customer discovery to understand workflows and translate them into solution designs
- Design and deploy AI agents that automate multi-step workflows, ensuring robust integration with customer tools
- Train Operations Managers on agent supervision and serve as a technical escalation point for issues
Required qualifications
- Several years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or automation engineering
- Proven experience with production LLM workflows using platforms like OpenAI or Claude
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, including experience with REST APIs and browser automation tools
- Ability to conduct workflow discovery and build trust with frontline staff
- Comfort in customer-facing settings and experience in technical conversations with clients
