AI Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Solutions Engineer will hunt for patterns and insights across operational and customer data, develop AI-enabled tools, and collaborate with business leaders to transform data into actionable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze enterprise data to uncover trends and opportunities that standard reporting misses
- Develop and deploy AI capabilities, including automated workflows and lightweight applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate findings and measure the business impact of AI initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or a related technical field
- 2+ years of experience querying data with SQL
- Expert proficiency in Python for data analysis and solution delivery
- Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms (preferred)
- Ability to measure and communicate the business impact of AI-enabled work
