AI Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of AI-powered capabilities, the full-time remote AI Solutions Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI tools and workflow automations that address operational challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver practical solutions within a 90-day sprint cadence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools and workflow automations to solve business problems, ensuring reliability and maintainability
- Analyze business problems and translate them into technical requirements, participating in sprint planning and evaluating solutions
- Collaborate with various teams to understand workflows, identify integration points, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of software development experience with a focus on AI and automation in an enterprise environment
- Strong proficiency in dataflow programming frameworks and experience with large language model APIs
- Hands-on experience with automation and integration platforms, particularly within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into defined technical requirements without formal specifications
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly
