Job Summary
To build and implement AI solutions, the full-time remote AI Solutions Engineer will design, develop, and integrate AI companions and workflow automations while ensuring governance and user adoption across various business functions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build AI solutions, integrating with existing systems and ensuring they meet user needs
- Monitor and evaluate production workflows, maintaining oversight of performance and user engagement
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify problems, define success metrics, and ensure value realization post-launch
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in shipping and supporting production software
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with familiarity in additional languages like TypeScript or Node.js
- Hands-on experience with large language models and AI workflow integration
- Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations
- Understanding of data governance, security practices, and least privilege access principles
