Job Summary
Working full-time, the AI Solutions Engineer will design, build, deploy, and maintain high-impact internal AI agents and applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into functional prototypes and production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve internal AI agents and applications to address prioritized business needs
- Integrate AI agents with internal business systems and collaborate with IT and other teams for secure and reliable implementations
- Serve as the subject matter expert in Agentic Engineering, providing technical guidance and promoting best practices
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience developing and deploying AI-powered applications or intelligent agents
- Strong software engineering skills with experience building production-ready applications
- Practical knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and agentic workflows
- Experience integrating applications with APIs and enterprise systems
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
