Job Summary
To support a growing product development team, the full-time remote AI Solutions Engineer will design and build AI agents and automations for external customers in the cannabis and CPG industry, focusing on understanding customer workflows and delivering reliable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions with customers to capture workflows and translate them into explicit logic for AI agents
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate multi-step workflows while integrating various customer tools
- Train Operations Managers on agent supervision and serve as a technical escalation point for issues post-deployment
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or automation engineering
- Proven experience with recent production LLM workflows using platforms like OpenAI
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, including experience with REST APIs and browser automation
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production failures and implement permanent fixes
- Experience in customer-facing roles, capable of conducting technical discussions and managing project scope
