Job Summary
Building and integrating AI solutions for Patient Services, the full-time Sr AI Solutions Engineer will design AI agents and workflows using Vertex AI and other tools, while working remotely to enhance enterprise AI capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents and productionize enterprise AI tooling for key Patient Services use cases
- Integrate AI capabilities into Salesforce Health Cloud and MuleSoft, creating reusable templates and patterns for broader engineering use
- Own the agent lifecycle, ensuring quality and performance through monitoring and evaluation practices
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in software engineering with hands-on experience in building production systems
- Advanced proficiency in Python and competence in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Direct experience with cloud AI platforms, particularly Vertex AI and its SDK
- Practical knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval design
- Experience integrating with REST/GraphQL APIs, with Salesforce and/or MuleSoft integration being a strong plus
