Job Summary
Building and deploying AI solutions, the full-time AI Solutions Engineer will develop production-grade agents and workflows on enterprise AI platforms while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and productionize AI agents and workflows for various Patient Services use cases
- Integrate AI capabilities into Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Java development processes
- Manage the entire agent lifecycle, ensuring quality and performance standards are met
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on building production systems
- Advanced proficiency in Python and competence in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with cloud AI platforms, particularly Vertex AI
- Demonstrated skills in prompt engineering and LLM application development
- Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks and integration with REST/GraphQL APIs
