AI Strategist Principal
Job Summary
To lead and scale enterprise AI adoption and governance, the full-time salaried AI Strategist Principal will serve as a trusted advisor across various organizational functions, driving measurable value and aligning AI initiatives with business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of AI Strategy to execute the multi-year AI strategy and translate enterprise priorities into actionable plans
- Lead AI governance by managing forums, risk evaluations, and responsible AI practices while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Drive enterprise AI enablement by collaborating on programs and establishing metrics to measure utilization and business impact
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
- 7 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, technology, digital transformation, or analytics, including 2 years in enterprise AI
- Understanding of AI, machine learning, and emerging digital technologies
- Demonstrated ability to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and healthcare AI applications
