AI Strategy and Gen AI Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head, AIML Strategy & Gen AI Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic AI/ML initiatives and governance of AIML platforms
• Identify and resolve solution challenges by applying AI advancements to enhance business products
• Lead the development of AI acceleration strategies and integrate AIML/GenAI solutions across platforms

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or related fields
• Proven experience leading global AI/ML initiatives and driving AI transformation
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including LLMs and multimodal AI
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and AI governance principles
