AI Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Defining the hardware architecture strategy for next-generation AI-accelerated computing systems, the full-time remote AI Systems Engineer will shape the silicon and systems roadmap for on-device AI workloads across wearables and spatial computing platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the architectural roadmap for AI compute subsystems across hardware product lines
• Lead system-level architecture exploration for AI inference and training accelerators
• Drive cross-functional alignment to translate AI workload requirements into hardware specifications

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in hardware systems architecture focused on AI or high-performance compute systems
• Experience defining SoC or system-level architecture for AI inference or training workloads
• Familiarity with hardware-software co-design methodologies for on-device AI workloads
• Experience developing system performance models and evaluating architectural trade-offs
• Track record of driving multi-year hardware architecture roadmaps across large engineering organizations
