AI Systems Engineering Instructor

Job Summary

To support a growing program for experienced engineers transitioning into system architecture roles, the part-time AI Systems Engineering Instructor will host live sessions, provide architectural feedback on student projects, and oversee a team of supporting instructors while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Host weekly live sessions focused on architectural design and decision-making
• Review student projects and provide detailed architectural feedback
• Run mock architecture review boards and set technical standards for supporting instructors

Required qualifications

• 5+ years as a senior software/systems architect or similar role
• Experience designing and shipping systems at scale in a professional setting
• Depth of knowledge in system design, API architecture, and cloud infrastructure
• Ability to diagnose and critique architectural decisions live
• Strong English proficiency for instruction and feedback
