Job Summary
To revolutionize DTC e-commerce through smart automation and AI-powered systems, the full-time AI Tech Lead will design scalable AI platforms, define architecture, and mentor engineers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and build AI-driven architecture, including recommendation engines and LLM-based personalization
- Partner with product leaders to translate business goals into AI-powered solutions
- Lead agile delivery and mentor engineers through code reviews and architectural guidance
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience leading teams and delivering scalable AI/engineering solutions
- Proven mastery of AI coding tools such as Cursor or similar (mandatory)
- Solid experience in prompt engineering and designing AI-assisted workflows
- Deep practical experience with AI/ML systems, including LLMs and recommender systems
- Strong coding proficiency in Golang, Node.js, React, and production experience on AWS
