Seeking a remote contractor, the AI-savvy Technical Recruiter will manage full-lifecycle recruitment for specialized AI and emerging technology roles, serving as a strategic talent advisor while ensuring a candidate-centric experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for specialized AI roles, including Agentic AI and AI Product Management
- Provide market intelligence and strategic advice to hiring leaders on compensation trends and talent availability
- Assess candidates' technical capabilities and maintain relationships with both passive and active candidates
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment for technical roles
- At least 1 year of experience recruiting for AI-focused roles such as LLMs or AI Platform Engineering
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools like Copilot or HiredScore
- Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment
