Job Summary

AI-savvy Technical Recruiter will lead full-lifecycle recruitment for specialized AI and emerging technology roles in a hybrid, contractor position, focusing on sourcing and closing talent in areas such as Agentic AI and AI Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for specialized AI roles, including talent mapping and offer negotiation
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor, providing market intelligence and hiring strategies to business leaders
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a professional experience throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 4 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment for technical roles
• At least 1 year of experience recruiting for AI-focused roles such as Agentic AI or LLM
• Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools for sourcing and market intelligence
• Proven ability to assess candidates' technical capabilities and present hiring recommendations
