Job Summary

Seeking a hybrid AI-savvy Technical Recruiter on a contractor basis, who will manage full-lifecycle recruitment for specialized AI roles, serve as a strategic talent advisor, and assess candidates' technical capabilities while working remotely with occasional in-office attendance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for specialized AI and emerging technology roles
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor, providing market intelligence on compensation trends and hiring strategies
• Assess candidates' technical capabilities and deliver evidence-based evaluations to support hiring decisions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 4 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment for technical or engineering talent
• At least 1 year of dedicated experience recruiting for AI-focused roles such as Agentic AI or LLM
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools like Copilot or HiredScore
• Experience conducting candidate assessments and presenting hiring recommendations
