AI Technology Director

Job Summary

Driving innovative technology solutions, the full-time AI Technology Director will oversee research, piloting, and implementation of AI and advanced analytics to enhance data governance, facilities operations, and workplace experience in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology scouting and evaluation for AI applications and workplace enhancement solutions
• Design and manage pilot programs, ensuring stakeholder alignment and clear success metrics
• Synthesize and deliver insights and recommendations from pilot results to various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and achieve targets across multiple departments
• In-depth knowledge of Google Office products
• Demonstrated commitment to innovation, learning agility, and fostering an inclusive team environment
