AI Tools Specialist
Job Summary
To support the firm's AI initiatives, the full-time Enterprise AI Tools Specialist will maintain and enhance AI tool environments, develop AI-powered solutions for legal operations, and provide escalated support for AI-related inquiries in a remote-first setting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and support AI Tool environments to ensure availability for end-users
- Create and deploy AI-powered tools and processes to streamline legal and operational tasks
- Diagnose and resolve AI tool issues, and manage license provisioning and tracking
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience developing scripts in PowerShell, Python, or C Sharp
- Proven experience creating AI-powered tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Gemini for Workspace, or Anthropic Claude for Work
- Law firm experience preferred
